Whole Pâté En Croute xmas

Our whole pate en croutes are the perfect centre piece for a special occasion. This particular croute won us best in the UK and 4th in the world at the Championship Du Monde 2023 in Lyon. They come in two sizes, 1.6kg which will feed up to 10 people and 3.5kg which will feed 20. Pate en croute is a long and precise undertaking requiring many processes and techniques to all be executed perfectly. The croutes are made with a farce of pork belly, shoulder & jowl from impeccable fre range pigs, confit ox tongue, duck breast, chicken breast, macerated apricots enriched with a duck & port jelly and encased in a short crust butter pastry.

Croutes come Vacuum packed and have a minimum shelf life of 12 days, plus 3 once unpacked.
