Homemade Cooked Ham

Made with the same techniques and in the same style as the Jambon De Paris. Very tender, lightly cured, perfectly balanced and sliced wafer thin. The whole ham comes skin off and scored ready for glazing and roasting. If you opt for the whole ham it will feed up to 15 people in one sitting but can also be enjoyed over 4 or 5 days by fewer.
