Dry Aged Pork Chops (2 x 300g)

Occasionally, when a seriously good pig comes in, we  set the loins aside and give them a month of age. There is nothing like aged pork, the fat takes on notes of iberico,  they become tender and a pleasure to cook. When they are this good we offer them up for sale on our site only. They come in pairs and each is a generous portion for one.
